Now that I’ve been training through the winter and early spring, with plenty of long aerobic base foundation work, I'm turning my attention towards introducing some longer threshold intervals, and later on, introducing some high intensity intervals. I'm especially looking forward to the shorter, higher intensity work, as these kinds of sessions are fast, and although very hard at the time, leave me on a rowers high for the rest of the morning.
