This is a great meal to fuel a training session up to 90 minutes long. Full of natural superfoods and slow release carbohydrates to power you along. Enjoy.

  • 1 ½ cups of rolled oats
  • tablespoon of chia seeds
  • small handful of walnuts
  • ½ cup of blackberries & raspberries (frozen work well)
  • 1 medium sized banana sliced
  • dessert spoon of local honey
  • mix together & cover with water
  • simmer until cooked (about 7 minutes)
