Here are some of my favourite time saver workouts, you can incorporate into your training, to get a great workout in less than an hour!
These are individual sessions, not a training program. If you’re training 4-5 times a week, then one of these workouts per week would be a good starting point, with the other sessions focused on building the aerobic base. If you’re training 7-8 times a week, you could do two of these interval sessions per week. Just remember to allow for adequate recovery between sessions and adjust the intensity . . .
