Workout of the week

The workout of the week is from Anne-Marie Howald. Head junior & U23 coach for the Swiss Federation. When Ian Wright was the head coach of Switzerland, apparently the Ladder Of Death (LOD) was one of the squads favourites. Word of advice. Make sure you are well warmed up, and don’t do this every day.

  • 8 x 30 on 10 off at SR 36
  • 6 x 40 on 15 off at SR 34
  • 3 x 60 on 20 off at SR 32
  • 1 x 100 on 20 off at SR 30
  • 3 x 60 on 20 off at SR 32
  • 6 x 40 on 15 off at SR 34
  • 8 x 30 on 10 off at SR 36
