Master Class with James Goodwin

This Master Class will help you to understand more about the importance of strength & conditioning for health benefits and performance for Masters Rowers. James will be sharing practical applications of training for the different times of the season. Example exercises and how they should be executed. Components of sessions (warm-up, lifting, trunk etc), and to train at home when gym access is difficult at the moment.


Learn from the Head of Strength & Condition for the Swiss Rowing Team,  how to incorperate Strength & Conditioning into your training program. What kind of exercises you need to do at different times of the year, and how to work out at home if you don’t have access to a gym or rowing club. This Master Class is focussed on Masters Rowers.
