Dedicated course for Masters Rowers
Rowing has given me so much over my life, and I’d like to pay it forward to all that enjoy our wonderful sport.
I’ve created a short course on ‘How to set up your heart rate zones’ using the polarised training approach. It will help you to avoid some of the more common mistakes made by Masters Rowers when training.
